Face masks are strongly encouraged in certain areas of the Zoo, including indoor areas and Lorikeet Landing. Guests are still welcome to wear face masks as they like, but the Zoo no longer requires them to be worn during the entirety of a regular visit. Guests taking Backstage Pass tours should continue to bring a mask with them to be worn when in close contact with animals.

When you purchase a ticket, you will only select the date of your visit. Each guest in your party (regardless of age) will need a ticket.

When you make your reservation or purchase a ticket, you will select your arrival time. Each guest in your party (regardless of age) will need a ticket.

Tickets can be scanned up to 15 minutes before your reservation time and up to 1 hour after your reservation time.

Any discount that does not have a discount/promo code cannot be processed online. Please stop by the Ticket Booth to redeem your discount. Complimentary admission or "Good Any Day" tickets can be used any day before their expiration, just present them at the entrance to be scanned.

Ticket prices vary by day of the week so we generally cannot accommodate transfers, therefore we recommend purchasing new tickets for your preferred new visit date and request that your original order be refunded using the contact form here.
