Scout Workshops
Daytime programs designed just for scouts!
Join fellow scouts at the Zoo for a scout workshop and earn scout badges through hands-on learning activities, games and animal encounters. Each program is tailored to meet the specific badge or adventure requirements for Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, and Scouts BSA.
Workshop details: Pricing varies by workshop and does not include admission to the Zoo. All scouts will receive a Nashville Zoo patch. Only scouts/siblings (ages 5+) and chaperones may attend the program. 1 adult chaperone per troop is required to register and attend the the 2-hour workshops offered on select Saturdays from August - April.

Dates & Pricing
Registration opens Wednesday, August 7 around 10 am.
Registration details: To reserve a date, a non-refundable $100 deposit will be required and will be deducted from the final balance due. Troops and dens must have a minimum of 20 participants (can include adults and siblings) and maximum of 40 participants.

$20 per scout, $10 per adult

$50 per scout, $10 per adult
5-hour workshop, each merit badge is offered once/year.

- Mammal Study: Saturday, November 9 from 10 am - 3 pm

*Scouts will complete all requirements at the Zoo except requirement #8, which they will complete independently.
